Challenge. Growth. Joy
SUPERHEROES ACADEMY HISTORY
Every Superhero has an origin story. Many of those stories involve an individual coming into their power suddenly, sometimes unexpectedly. An ordinary life is transformed by an extraordinary event that sets off a chain reaction of experiences which challenge the long-held beliefs of the hero and lead to a new understanding of who they could become. Our hero discovers that they can be more than they ever dreamed and that they feel more themselves when they discover their power.
At Superheroes Academy we want to give every individual and organization that we encounter the opportunity to begin their own journey, to write their own origin story.
We believe in Challenge – Growth – Joy…the idea that through challenge or adversity growth is inevitable, and with growth comes greater understanding that provides the foundation for joy in the workplace.
Let us join you, let’s discover your story together.
Superheroes Academy is proud to offer ICF Mentoring, Enterprise Coaching, Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaching certificates and Business Transformations both remotely and in-person. We are headquartered in Calgary, Alberta and we are proud to have been one of the first coaching teams to offer remote coaching in Canada beginning over 8 years ago.
OUR UNIQUENESS
We have the most highly credentialed and experienced agile coaches in the world. We have a proven process of transformation called Integrated Agile that is pragmatic framework agnostic, and it works.

Christa Hill
Christa Hill is the Co-Founder of Tacit Edge Product Management. She blends her industry expertise to fuel our economy with empowered, innovative and diverse product leaders that embody the entrepreneurial spirit. Her love of Product Management stemmed from a unique perspective on problem/solution-based innovating, a deep curiosity for the world and a fundamental drive to improve it.
She’s held senior positions with companies from Getty Images to Benevity in content API, end-user experience, and product ownership and management.
Her career in FinTech led her to Morgan Stanley’s At Work as Vice President, Global Private Markets Product Management, where she was instrumental in moving money around the globe through purpose-built services that facilitate liquidity events within employee stock plans for private fortune 500 companies and start-ups. It was at Morgan Stanley where she created the first-ever public-facing API that scales the administration of a corporation’s lifecycle from private ownership to IPO. This ground-breaking work secured Morgan Stanley’s position as the premier product for Private Markets liquidity activities. Together with technology partners, they rose from millions to billions of dollars in activity within 12 months.
Before she discovered Product Management, Christa took on a passion project to revitalize a local community recreation centre where she ran a skating school. She is driven by equity of access and providing quality instruction. When she’s not busy scaling Tacit Edge with her co-founder, you can still find her lacing up her skates, mentoring, and occasionally belting it out in a super groovy rock n’ roll band.
Superpower: Exuding joy, equity, and enthusiasm in bringing it out in others to inspire and empower everyone around her.
Accruing experience with business leaders in agile environments since 2004, Simon became one of three Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coaches in Canada in 2010 and has been working with individuals, teams, and leaders to help transform oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing and construction businesses. Since 1996, his career in product development and project execution has spanned a multitude of domains and his background as an engineer and recovering project manager also provides him with a pragmatic approach to product, team, and organizational evolution.
He specializes in the initiation and ongoing coaching of leadership and agile principles, values and techniques within organizations with an additional emphasis on Product and Portfolio management techniques for both co-located and distributed teams. He has been focused, for the last 10 years, on applying agile principles in broader business contexts.
